About Us
The mission of the Nyay Prayaas Foundation is to provide Legal education, psychological health, and support services for men who are in disadvantaged positions due to #GenderBiasedLaws, incarceration, poverty, homelessness, and/or involvement in the criminal justice system.
Our goal is to change the legal system by providing legal education. We intend to provide aid for protecting human rights and fighting against #GenderBiasedLaws and special in-depth training to people to contest P.I.P and provide a Legal Drafting mechanism for the Victims
To provide legal aid and education amongst all masses for the protection of Human rights.
We are providing legal assistance to the victims at an initial stage.
- We are providing training and knowledge of India’s Legal system and its working.
- Training the selected members to contest P.I.P by providing fellowship programs and conducting meetings
- Free Legal aid to victims in BPL (Below poverty line) criterion
- Conduct interactive online /offline sessions to provide guidance and maintain the sustainability of expenses/liability.
- Legal research and legal activism to protect human and child rights
- Engaging Legal interns for assistance with legal research and drafting. search and legal activism to safeguard human and child rights
- To nominate members for committees in Sexual harassment at the workplace as per proscribed guidelines.
